Sharon Wilkening is the creator of the Cambrio Relational Model (CRM)™, a framework that grew out of years of sitting with people who felt like they were the problem — and sensing that something about that didn’t fully fit.
As a licensed therapist with over 23 years of experience, Sharon has worked with individuals navigating complex and often painful relationship dynamics. Again and again, she noticed the same pattern: thoughtful, self-aware people doing everything they could to grow, communicate better, and take responsibility — yet still feeling stuck, confused, or somehow “too much.”
Over time, Sharon observed that these relational patterns and roles don’t stay contained within one relationship — they often repeat across different areas of a person’s life. The same dynamics can show up in family systems, partnerships, friendships, and even workplaces. This repetition often reinforces the belief that “it must be me,” deepening self-blame and making the system itself even harder to see.
Her work is about helping people feel seen in a way that is accurate, compassionate, and relieving. Through CRM™, she hopes to offer something many people have been missing: a way to understand their experience that doesn’t begin with “what’s wrong with me,” but instead asks — “what have I been navigating?”
